How to initailize share varible

I have some Shared Varible(no binding), as in the attached library files.(LV8.2)

I tried to initailize them by attached vi, write 0 to them. (when try to set value directly, it always failed. So I tried by datasocket, seem more stable, also tried syn as it is more stable in psp)

But each time the first one cannot be set, the 'New_Job', it said Time out, or no FTP right, or some else.

Any sugestion?

It would be difficult for me to run your code. Try running the examples (search for shared variables) in LabVIEW and be sure to let me know if you get the same errors. You can find the examples by navigating to Help -> Find Examples...
