How to install labview8.2 on 64bit windows system ？

I am looking for a way to install labview8.2 on 64bit windows.

the below is result i install currently on my labtop .

Where did you get the installer? If you downloaded, I'd download it again to make sure it's not corrupt.

I'd also put the installation files on a local disk (not from a USB stick or network drive) just to be sure.

AFAIK, Installing 8.2 shouldn't be a problem. Never gave me any problems... 32 bit should run on 64 bit OS.

What is your windows version? Windows 10 officially only supports LabVIEW 2015 or newer.

is there any special way to install the old sw? by  pluger or driver .

Did you try to run the installer as administrator? You need to explicitly right click and select 'run as administrator' even if you are administrator. You need elevated rights.

I guess you could try to run the installer under compatibility mode.

I don't recall anyone ever needed to do that, but I'm not particularly interested in installation related problems.

Of course there's always virtual machines...
