How to lock the position of controls on the front panel?

I would like to know how to lock the position of controls on the front panel?

When the screen resolution changes, the controls on the front panel move to different positons, some of them overlap.

I have choose from File->VI properties and tick the check boxes of resize to window size and scale all controls. However some of the controls still move to
different positions.

Check out this screenshot. This should show you how. Click on the control and then select the reorder dropdown. Hope this helps.

Don't scale controls it doesn't work properly, because the font-size stays fixed so there is a scaling limit.

I propose to design the frontpanel for the most used screen resoltuion and deactivate scaling.
