How to make 3d surface grid with LabVIEW6.i

Hi ,
I began to study LabVIEW 3 months ago.
I have got a text file with three column of data acquired by a spectrometer TL(Thermoluminescences) . I make 3D plot using SURFER6.0 Software but I want to know how to do that with LabVIEW6i. I couldn't find a way to do that in LabVIEW. I would be really grateful to anyone who could help me to plot it.
The file attachments show as belows.

You could use CW (Componenet Works) if you have it.

If you ca upgrade to LV 7.1 and use CW or the new 3d picture functions as demoed here.
