How to make a 2D periodogram from 2D array?

I have 2D array, i operate each row with fft and each column with ifft, and then i want to flow them in 2D periodogram. Anyone can help me?

If you have access to the Time Series Analysis under the Advanced Signal Processing Toolkit, then you can use this function:
