How to make a Keithley 2651a SMU to output a current pulse 50A with 3V

I downloaded the LabVIEW driver and able to run this example "KE26XX Factory Pulse Usage.vi" without any problem. This vi outputs a voltage pulse and measures current. 

 

I need to output current pulse 50A and measure current.

 

Anyone can help?
