How to measure, extract and display two different type of signals using a DAQ card?

Hi,
I am using Labview 6.1 and interfacing a DAQ card (PCI NI 6070 E-series). I would like to know how (proper way) to measure two different type of signals (DIFF mode and RSE mode), extract the data accordingly and display them in a graph waveform and numeric data.
I have attached here my code of what I intend to do.
Please help.

I think I have found some examples that might help you out (attached below). Using the Get Waveform Components will allow you to return specified numeric values from the waveform graph. If the examples fail to help you out or if I have misunderstood your question please post back! Good Luck!
