It is a little difficult for me to understand exactly what it is you are trying to do with so little information. If you are simply trying to know how to open up an Excel file from LabVIEW then I will direct you to an existing discussion forum that addresses how to do so using ActiveX.
You can also do so by using the Report Generation Toolkit.
Also, if you are having trouble launching Excel from a built executable that has Report Generation Toolkit, then I will refer to this article that describes how to resolve that issue.
