Dear Labview user
I just stated using labview, and now I am studied to make program from labview tutorial. However there are some function>> tutorial that I couldn't found. Is there any one can give me suggestion how to import VI from tutorial ?

There is no way anyone can possibly answer that question unless you can tell us what tutorial you are talking about and where you got it.

I got tutorial from National instrument January 1996 Editions. I tought tutorial file example is available in my NI developer 2009.

That is 15 years ago. Do you have .vi files associated with it? If so, you probably will not be able to open them with any recent version of LabVIEW. Only LV 8.2 and earlier will be able to open many of the older versions. See https://knowledge.ni.com/KnowledgeArticleDetails?id=kA03q000000YSO4CAO&l=en-US.
There is a message thread dedicated to upconverts.
But in reality, I think a 15 year old tutorial is pretty much ancient. I would recommend looking at the newer online LabVIEW tutorials

Thank you for the information. The content almost the same as old one just modify the appearance and minus the tutorial example that I asked. I think in the new online tutorial they eliminate about this function.

If you want to know what a particular function is and does, post a screenshot of it so we can see which one you are talking about.
