How to plot the acquired data of voltage or any other quantity against time in seconds?

I have the data in .m file that is of course that matlab file that is built when reading a analog in card 6052.the data is simple in two columns and servral lines that is of two channels.and also it was taken at when scans to read at a time=1 at 2ks/s.when i plot this data in Matlab6p1 the x-axis show the number of scans instead of time in seconds so how to do x-axis in seconds accuratly?

Are you using LabVIEW to plot this? If yes, you can use the Read From Spreadsheet VI (from the File IO palette) to read the file and plot it.
