Now I attached a sample file. It is the beginning of a real measurement file. As said I need one histogram file per 25,00 values. In case that my English is not good enough, this means that the original file with about 3,000,000 rows must end up in about 120 histogram files each containing the histograms of 25,000 values.
P.S. The attachement file has actually the extension .lvm but i couldn't post it.
