How to read windows register entry

Hi everyone

I am currently writing a windows registry entry, using regedit, but I also needs to read back the entry to confirm that other software are not using it.

I am currently using the method to control the output file of PDF Factory.

Does anyone know how I can read the setting back from the windows registry please.

Hi,

If you launch the example finder ("Help" > "Find examples...") and search for "registry" you'll find example VIs to Read / Write / Delete Registry entries.
Be carefull with what you do
