How to rectify an AC input in labview

I am relatively new to LabView, but I can't seem to find a way to Rectify an AC signal. Does this have to be done when performing signal conditioning, or can this be done within the programming?

Use the "Absolute Value" function from the "Numeric" section of the function palette.
