How to replicate this function in NI MAX?

I've been trying to replicate this action on NI MAX but I can't find anything. I already checked Switch Executive but couldn't find how to do it.

The program helps me control the PFI12 output (CTRO0) through CTR3 (PFI15) and it works great, but I can't replicate it on NI MAX.

And please explain why you checked "Switch Executive" when the device is a DAQ?

You need to provide us with a lot more information.  First, don't send a picture of part of a VI, send the entire VI (as a LabVIEW file, with extension ".vi").  Second, tell us what device you are trying to use.  Third, explain what you are trying to do with this device -- how are you initializing, and what parameters are you using to interact with it (clock speed, sampling rate, voltages, whatever else you need to tell DAQmx about your device).

Did you try the test panel for the Counter in MAX? I never really used counters, but it looks like everything you want is there, see below.
