How to set a VI in a package you create with package manager to place it's content on the block diagram instead of it's icon

I've read how to make a VI you place on the function palette to place its content onto the block diagram instead of just placing the icon as a subVI. But I'm creating a VI package in JKI VI package manager with some VIs that should be placed as subVIs but some should be placed as "place content". Is there anyway to set that when you create the installation file for the palette?
