After you download LabVIEW, you need to activate it. Have you ever installed software on a PC? If you click on the "Start" button in the lower left hand corner and choose "Search", you should see all the programs you can run, with the most recent ones at the top as well as a alphabetized list. Search that list looking for the N's, where you will find the "National Instruments" folder. Open the Folder -- you should see "LabVIEW" (some version). You will also see the "NI License Manager" (which can help you activate your software) and "NI Package Manager" which is both the "Installer" and the "Uninstaller".
