How to unlock library of XControl

Hallo,

I have recently changed some of my XControls. Now they are locked after starting my project and I just dont see the point why. What are possible reasons for locking an XControl? And I thought I am familiar with XControls...

"Why is library locked?" tells me, that "The library is locked because: A vi in the library is reserved in this application instance or another application instance". Where can I get further information about that vi?

 When I open my main vi (which includes the XControls), I get the message "Aborting the facade has left the XControl in an inconsistent state...".

As many XControls are affected, it is very annoying always to unlock all them for editing.

Hi Steffen,

I would suggest you to make a mass compile of your project to save and relink correclty all your VIs and XControls.

Hereunder you find explanation about how to perform it. You should mass compile your project directory.

After that you open your project and I expect the library in unlocked.
