How to update to LabView 5.0.1

Hi,

I got a little bit confused.
I am using LabView 5.0f2 (patched version - formerly 5.0) and like to
upgrade to LabView 5.0.1. Do I need a patch and where to find it. I only
found a patch which upgrades from Labview 5.0.1 to 5.0.1f1.
