How to upgrading Blackfin VIs and Embedded Projects

How to convert lep files to lvproj files?
I have read the manual, but I can not find the file Blackfin_LEP_Converter.vi
in the directory:labview\Targets\ADI\Embedded\vdk\utils\Blackfin LEP
Converter\.

Thers is even no "utils" folder under "vdk".

If you are using the LabVIEW Embedded for Blackfin Module version 1.0 with LabVIEW Embedded Edition 7.1.1, then you will not see the utility to convert LEP files to .lvproj files for the simple reason that at the time the 1.0 version of the module was released, LabVIEW did not have .lvproj files.  The utility is present only in the 2.0 and 2.5 releases of the Blackfin module to allow you to convert from the older LEP implementation to the newer lvproj implementation.  If you do have a later version of the Blackfin module than 1.0, let me know and I'll be happy to look into it.
