How to use NI CAN feature for extracting DBC information without a CAN Interface?

Yeah its a little combersome.  So I actually wrap the conversion utilities into a separate class so that it is easier to use.  Give it frames and it gives you signals or vise versa.  Of course if you have XNET hardware then you shouldn't need to do this, because with XNET the conversion can happen on the hardware instead of having overhead on the PC side.
