Have you tried calling Mentor Graphics and explaining to them what are you trying to accomplish by using SystemVision SVX? I did some research and there is no much information about this.
It seems Mentor Graphics sells a product called SystemVision ConneXion that allows to communicate with LabVIEW. In the following link, if you register, you will be allowed to see a video about how this solution works.
