How would you measure pulse width using a NI-6229 DAQ card and a function generator in Labview?

I can measure voltage levels, but when I try to measure pulse width I have to use the counter signal.
Not only is this signal digital, but it won't let me pick which pin to measure off of, but rather the entire connector.

Using the counter to measure pulse width is probably the most accurate method, but you can also use the Pulse Measurements (not in base version) function for any signal you're acquiring with the analog inputs and assuming the pulse width is not too small. And, since the digital I/O is clocked and not softwareware timed, you could probably use that as well. Could you explain a little more on what you need as far as the type of signal you're measuring and the expected pulse width?
