How to use/select PFI line of DAQ card in Labview 5.1

what device are you using?

Please note that LV 5.1 is "ancient" and is not supported anymore (since years). So using current drivers will not work with LV 5.1.

So i discourage you of using LV 5.1. To add to this, LV 5.1 most likely will NOT run properly with current OS versions....
