How to write a classifier for texture defects?

Please tell me how the texture. CLF file in the following picture is generated by classifier. I have the following problem with particle analysis method, and I don't know how to solve it.

Try to use another classifier file, it might be connected with that VI. The post is quite old, and I hope you have already found a solution in this case. 

Also, can you attach the VI to see it in detail.
