I/Q Rate for RF Transmission

Hello everyone!!

I want to understand I/Q rate in RF Communications & how to set I/Q rate while transmitting a data stream using 16-QAM.

Carrier Frequency = 10 MHz

Modulation : 16-QAM

No. of bits : 256 bits 

Bits per Symbol = 4 (16-QAM)

No. of Symbols = 256/4 = 64 Symbols.

Now how to set the I/Q rate for the above input condition & how to carry out this in LabVIEW.
