Hello David,
I plan on using an Ultramat 6e and Ultramat 23, could you send me the Ultramat driver code?
Running LabVIEW 2014 atm.
Thanks.

Ben and eakkoyun,
I've replied via private email to you both with a zip archive attachment containing the VI library.
Best regards,
Dave

Dear Dave,
With your great help, I was able to impelement a software which communicates with ULTRAMAT 23 and get regularly measurements in Java language. Your guide was vital to complete this work.
Thank a lot again and with my regards,
Emrah

Hiya David,
You helped me in the past by sending me the Series 6 ELAN Protocol Documentation which I used to write the ELAN Protocol in VB6 for the Ultramat 23.
We are currently using the same software - but are having issues with multiple gases on an Ultramat 6... do you know if the two Analysers use a different version of the ELAN Protocol?
Do you still have a copy of the documentation you originally sent me?... I have an ELAN document from Siemens for the Ultramat 6 and would like to cross-reference it against the original software I wrote (however I cannot find the document you originally sent me!). I have changed jobs (and e-mail addresses since then... it's been a while!
Cheers,
Steve.

Steven,
I sent you an email with the latest PDF I have. I doubt that there is anything fundamentally different about the two versions of ULTRAMAT (they're both pretty mature), but since I never had an ULTRAMAT to try, my answers come at a discount off the regular rate (that's a joke!)
More thoughts in the email. Keep us posted.
Dave

Hi Dave,
I am needing to log the data from an ULTRAMAT 23. Would you please send me the information you have on the ELAN protocol?
Thank you,
Greg

David, thank you for the code. I would have figured the cheap RS232 to RS485 converter I bought would have had the same pin configuration on the D-Sub 9 pin connector as the ULTRAMAT 23 but it did not. Some quick cord surgery and its working great now. As a bonus your code picked up that my analyzer had a built in ambient pressure transducer, which will save me from having to spend the money on an external device.
