Yes,I don't have LabVIEW PID Control Toolkit.
I have full version Labview 8.5,with USB DAQ device.
And I am aiming to have my thermal cycling profile through a closed loop controller.

So you want to do PID control in LabVIEW without the PID Control Toolkit?

Yes,In fact I need to do the Autotuning myself as well.

It may be possible to do this, but you will have to create all of the algorithms and VIs required for this almost completely from scratch.
