I am trying to run a 7.1 program in 7.0

I get an error when I try to open up my program in 7.0 that was written in 7.1

You can't run a 7.1 vi in 7.0 unless you use the save for previous version function in 7.1 to save the vi to be compatible with 7.0.

Hi,

If you have a VI written (or saved) in 7.1, then you will not be able to open the VI in 7.0 (or any other previous version). However, in LabVIEW 7.1, you can save the VI as a 7.0 VI. To do this, refer to this Knowledge Base

I hope this helps!
