I can't add an event to an event structure. Option not visible in the menu. Fix?

Please open the event configuration window that is giving you trouble. press "alt+printscreen" on the keyboard. Open "MS paint", press ctrl+v to paste the screenshot of the window you just took. Save it as PNG file and attach it here.
