I can't get data to show up in graph

Hello - I'm having trouble getting my data to show up in a graph. I read voltages or temperatures from an input channel and show the value on the front panel, send the data to a file, and I'd like it to show the data in a graph to see how the data has changed over time.

My block diagram is attached. Can anyone tell me why I am not seeing the data on the graph? If I use auotscales, the scales will change based on the data but I will not see the data. The only times I have seen data, the time axis doesn't move and I just see a dot or vertical line.

Any help would be appreciated!
