I have only one account on my home computer and it is an administrator account. I have tried the procedure listed in the knowledge base 1402. I have also tried uninstalling labview completely follow the directions in knowledge base 1402, and reinstalling labview 8.0. I also disabled both my antivirus and firewall software.
