I can't open my VI

I wrote the attachment VI with severral SubVIs. When I try to open my VI, LV looks for SubVIs and then open a dialog window what can I do to read my VI. Is it possible that my VI is corrupted? Please help me to read this file. If you find out how to open this file. Let me know!

I can't open it either...

Did you place a sub-vi having the same name as the main vi?

Main vi name = test.vi
Sub vi name = test.vi

Even when selecting ignore sub-vi, it does not open it...

No I didn't. You can rename the VI for example sample.vi and when you try to open it you will get the Dialog with the new name...
