I want explications about the princip of interrupt on a VME system in LabView.Because I use a card V488A(Caen) and I don't understand the contribution of ID/Status and level.And I don't understand, how I do to recover the interrupt on LabView.

There are some excellent tutorials that cover interrupt handling in VXI/VME systems. I suggest you read these for a good starting point on this topic. In particular, the document entitled "Understanding the VXI/VME Interrupt and Signal Acknowledge Cycle" provides a great overview of the topic.
