Where is the LabView Examples folder mentioned above?
If the Installation went well there should be a LabPython folder in your LabVIEW examples folder.
I understand that the LabPython folder is in the LabView examples folder, but how do I get to the examples folder. What is the default pathway? Or is there a way to access it directly through LabView?

I'm not understanding this question! In a LabVIEW VI you select File->Open from the menu, or in the Windows explorer you go to that directory and double click on one of the three VIs in that folder.
What is the problem really?

When I hit File Open from a VI, it takes me to My Documents. I am not sure if this is the default directory, or if it was changed to My Documents. In it I see a LabView Data folder, but it does not contain any examples.(Contents contained in image below)
What I'm asking is what is the directory of the Examples folder. (E.g. C:\National Instruments Downloads\LabVIEW English\2010\etc..)
Hope this makes things clearer!

C:\Program Files\National Instruments\LabVIEW 8.5\examples (Replace 8.5 with your version)
Best way is to just open the Example Finder (Help>Find Examples...)

Eureka!
There is no example folder in LabVIEW 2010. However, in the Example Finder, by browsing according to Directory Structure, I was able to find the labpython example folder. Attached is an image for future reference.

Hmmmm. There is an example folder in my LabVIEW2010 folder.
Thanks for the future reference pic but to be honest, the Example Finder is a really basic, LabVIEW 101 concept. (That's probably why a power user like Rolf didn't understand your question. )
Not only is it a great reference but it's a good way to jump start your own VIs. Simply find the example that's closest to your desired app, edit it, and rename. Have fun browsing through it too. You'll get lots of ideas which you can incorporate into your own work.

Apparently, none of those examples exist when installed into LabVIEW2016. Is this a dead project in OpenG?

They should! And yes it is a project that I started about 20 years ago and haven't really done anything for in the last 15 years. And in the light of native Python support in LabVIEW 2018 I'm certainly not going to spend any other minute into it. Sorry.
