Could you give us more details about the errors you get (number or description), what machine you developed the VI and what machine you are trying to run the executable (OS, memory size, etc), what version of Labview you used, if you are using any NI-DAQ, NI-488.2 or NI-VISA function calls.
By providing that information you will help us to troubleshout the problem a little better.
