I'm using a PC-TIO-10.When I write HIGH at the Digital port B and measure the signals, I'm getting 4,10 V instead of 5V.I tried to uninstall the Card but the problem persists. What should I do ?

I don't think you're supposed to get 5 volts out. I believe the outputs are TTL compatible in which case the 4.1 volts is about right. Check the specifications.

According to the NI catalog - "One port has low-drive, CMOS-compatible outputs, while the other port has high-drive, totem pole, 5V/TTL-compatible outputs that are suitable for controlling Darlington switches." This says to me that your port B outputs are different than you port A. Again, check the user's manual that came with the board to verify the specifications.
