I need help regarding measurement of "time domain parameters of Heart rate variability" using labview.

Joanna,

It is probably better to continue posting here to the Forum. Many others watch the postings and often someone else will offer an important and useful suggestion.

Please be as specific as possible in describing your doubts about the document.

Hi iam,

That data is just based on joana's ECG data that was acquired from Matlab, it is essentially a txt file that was posted.  Then this was taken into LabVIEW using read from spreadsheet file.

Hi,
Am working on a similar project to RR Demo 8.2. Instead of the rows could anyone suggest me how I could use ECG signals acquired using DAQ 6009..

Awaiting your replies..

Hi Naveena,

Are you just trying to find a way to bring in the data from the USB 6009 to use with the RR Demo VI? If so, you could probably use the DAQ Assistant or other low level VIs found on the DAQmx functions palette (Measurement I/O » NI-DAQmx) to setup the configurations. You would use the values from the DAQ Assistant instead of using the All Rows array. I hope that helps!

Hi Naveena,

You should be able to get it to work with the 6009. Let us know if you have any other questions. Have a good one!
