I want timer function.

I want timer function returns TRUE when the specified number of seconds finished, otherwise return FALSE. Is there?

I tried occurence function, but it makes delay (as the specified number of seconds) to the applicatioin, so is there anything doing the same thing without make delay to the application.

If you use LV7.0 or higher, there's an express vi in the Time & Dialog palett called "Elapsed Time" this is exactly what you are looking for.
