I want to do a project in Labview which controls 5 light bulbs which lights in a room.

If what you want is genuinely help rather than some kind soul to do the whole thing, your first port of call is to study a free LabVIEW basics course. With that knowledge, we can point you in the right direction.

 

I assume you have free access to LabVIEW and all this hardware? If not, it's way overkill for what you are trying to accomplish. A £20 Arduino would do this and more in a much more compact fashion.

 

Please do not try to plumb into any mains wiring unless you know what you are doing.

oops, I overlooked your post that you were using a 6221.

 

You could include the LDR in a voltage divider circuit and measure the voltage across the LDR, with one of the analog inputs.  Just make sure to stay within the +/- 10V range.
