This may be useful. Never tried it myself.

I have a I2C interface connected to the parallel port and Labview driver.
You have to build it yourself. Just 1 or 2 TTL IC's.
Interested ?

Hi,

It took me a few hours to get things working again. I used it just 6 months ago with LV6.1 and W2K. Now i am using LV7.1 and XP.
I cannot post the package (driver, VI's, schematic, workaround for 7.1/XP) because it is not mine. But i can mail it to you.
Send me a mail and tell me which version LV you're using.
I don't know if this forum is scanned for email addresses so remove the 'No spam' part.   keeswe<spam NO!>@<spam NO!>zonnet.nl

I am also interested in a .vi to communicate with an I2C E2PROM connected directly to the LPT port.
Any help will be appreciated.

Hello,
I need to interface to a chip that uses I2C.  I am using LabVIEW 7.1 with Win2000.  I would like to get a copy of your schematic and LabVIEW driver.  Please send an email to gcole <no spam> @ <no spam> linear.com so I can send my contact information.

Thank You,

Gary
