some VIs aren't available in added module what is the problem come from?!
I have added IEC 61850 module to labview 2018 , the SMV VIs arent in module(according to picture attached)

I want to program my IEC 61850 applications for my intelligent electronic devices (IEDs). I want to use SMV VIs in order to publish and subscribe to the sampled measured value.
according to link: NI-Industrial Communications for IEC 61850 15.0
is mentioned to use NI cRIO-906x and NI cRIO-903x,
1-cant I use SBRIO 9637 insted?
2- I added IEC 61850 module to my labview, it doesnt have SMV VIs(according to atteched picture) how can I add it?

Could you please elaborate how you installed these drivers and what VIs are missing?

I haven't install any drivers yet, I have just installed labview 2018 and then added modules I needed( IEC 61850 and fpga, real time).

Sometimes the palette will include different VI, depending on your execution target. Can you add a new cRIO-906x or cRIO-903x to your LabVIEW project, add a blank VI to that target, and see if you can see the SMV VIs on that target?
As far using the sbRIO-9637, I haven't seen the code, but my guess is that NI probably has already compiled FPGA bitfiles for the cRIO targets. If you want to migrate to sbRIO-9637, you might need to recompile the FPGA VI for that target, and that would require the LabVIEW FPGA source code.

They are the same software. From my understanding, you'll need to buy the license in order to use all of the features. The second link is just a download, it might give you 30 days evaluation period, but eventually you'll need to pay to use. Not 100% sure, but most NI software that has a price tag works this way.
