IEC 870-5-102 protocol in LabView

I'm looking for a program (developed in LabView) able to support the IEC 870-5-102 protocol for communicating with the Energy measurement points with dataloggers with electronic firm

I've searched NI's website and Google and have been unable to find anything which interfaces IEC 870-5-102 with LabVIEW. You will probably need to build this yourself unless someone else on the Forums has done this before. If there is any sort of DLL you have, you can call that using the Call Library Function Node VI. Just a guess.
