IMAGE NOT ACQUIRING IN THIS.. WHAT IS THE ISSUE

Look at the vi... the video in the front panel is not working properly.. i used a sub-vi in this. sub-vi used :

 

what could be the error in this.???

Could be any error...You have to post code(vi) to look into and see what can be the cause for it.
-What is issue? What is not working properly?
- what image you are trying to acquire? Color/gray-scale?
- Use appropriate buffer at IMAQ create type.
