IMAQ READ error in a State machine

Hello everyone,

I am trying to analyze a circular image (in order to find the area in millimeters), using a state machine. So I get to see my image when I upload it in the acquire section, afterwards I calibrate it (also save my calibration to use for the measurement). But in the analysis section I keep on getting an IMAQ READ error and I can't understand why.

Can anyone help please? I posted the code along with the image I want to analyse(filtro backlight) and the image I use for calibration (immaginemax16cm). Thank you in advance.

I assume the Error occurs during State "Image Analysis".  Do you get an Error Message that might suggest which IMAQdx function is throwing the Error?  While it is helpful that you provided the code, we don't know how you expect to actually run the Program.  What sequence of steps do you use?  Do you "Acquire" before or after (or both) "Calibration"?  Have you ever watched the Block Diagram execute with Highlight Execution (the fifth icon on the Block Diagram Taskbar, looks like a light-bulb) turned on, so you can "watch" the code run and see exactly the sequence and when the Error occurs?
