IMAQ USB Grab.vi not collecting image, USB Snap.vi does

Are you using a non-English OS? This error pops up with a non-English OS, as seen here and here.

I am using an English OS, Windows XP.  The grab.vi does not grab any images.  I am able to see the live feed using Vision Assistant 8.6, but not in Labview itself.
