IMAQ VISION 7.1

I AM USING WEB CAM TO ACQUIRE IMAGES.

I AM HAVE INSTALLED 'NI-IMAQ FOR USB CAMERAS.'

I AM NOT ABLE TO ACQUIRE IMAGES THROUGH THE 'VISION ASSISTANT 8.5',

AND I've read the "NI-IMAQ_for_USB_Camera_User_Guide. BUT I WAS NOT ABLE TO SEE THE 'VISON' VI IN MY "MEASUREMENT I/O" IT IS EMPTY.

I AM USING EVALUATION VERSION OF LV8.6,VISSION ASSISTANT 8.5. I HAVE ATTACHED THE SCREEN SHOT OF THE GUIDE WITH THIS.

IS THERE ANY PROCEDURE TO FOLLOW FOR ACQUIRING IMAGES FROM THE WEBCAM THROUGH VISION ASSISTANT . PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS .

ALSO IM IN NEED OF IMAQ VISION 7.1 OR LATER,WHERE CAN I DOWNLOAD THIS??

Hi Sailesh,

For your application, you would need vision acquision module 8.6 ... you could download the same from this link:

Here is an example vi to snap images using usb cam:

im using a web cam for my application.

when converting my vison assistant algorithm into labview vi , in the image source setup  box i was not getting the "image acquisition" option enabled.

is there any problem with  cam or the labhview??.

im using vission assistant  8.5 & lv 8.5
