Icon Editor has changed

I opened the Icon Editor today. It flashed on the screen, disappeared and this appeared in its place. What has happened anyone ? I am using LabVIEW 2019 and it crashes hourly so I am worried that something has been corrupted. How do I go back to the traditional Icon Editor ?

Fixed by a reboot but I have just started using BitBucket and source control programs do tend to make things read-only, so possibly. Certainly had me worried for a moment !!
