Image brightness change

Hi,

I've some problem with the detect image brightness change.

The brightness change in a slight different (but is differentiatable through naked eyes), I've tried IMAQ extractSingleColorPlane then analyze through IMAQ light meter but the value reading is not big enough to categorize to different brightness level.

I've tried with colour histogram too but same result.

Is there any other way to analyze the brightness change?

I guess IMAQ should be able to tell the brightness level different as our naked eyes can see the different.

Please advise.

Can you post the image whatever you got at different brightness. By selecting a proper color plane extraction might solve the problem.
