Import .CSV files into Excel workbook using ActiveX

How can I use ActiveX to import a .CSV file into an Excel workbook, in a manner similar to using the Data -> Import External Data -> Import Data -> Select Data Source, etc., which will then bring up the Text Import Wizard, allowing data to be formatted into separate columns based on specific delimiters?
