Import shared library Startup problem

Hi Guys, when I try to launch the Import Library Wizard, I get an empty window. See the screenshot

My LabView 2017 version 17.0.1f1 (32bit)

Hi pdd88,

there are few(not perfect) workarounds for this issue:

1. let's try running: <labview dir>\resource\importtools\sharedlib\Import Shared Library\Frame\Dialog Main.vi - this is a separate .vi which launching when you are trying to run the wizard, please take a look if you are able to run it.

2. use the Call Library Function Node instead of the wizard

3. If that fails, let's try to rename the resource folder to resource_del. Then, run an installation repair. It should see the lack of files and add them.  Verify they install into the /resource folder. Try to use the Tools menu option then.

Thank you for your answer.
I have tried your suggestion but unfortunately no success also I have uninstalled LabVIEW and reinstalled the problem is still the same.

I can remember that our IT department has installed new windows and Visual C ++ update last month, maybe that's the cause of the problem.
